A two storey house which is characterized by the two volumes connected by a common entry/corridor hall. The Northern mass contains common functions while the southern mass contains the more private functions.
The house profile complements the significant sloping site, towards the southern sea views. The pitched roof, which architecturally expresses the slope, provides for the greatest possible roof area to display solar panels as required.
