Bastion de St Antoine park
Geneva: “Landscaping the historical Bastion de St Antoine park .Creating a shelter for the recently discovered necropolis and roman villa”
Dimitri Laios and Michell Rossier architects.

The design team proposed the restoration of the park to its previous historical form and the integration of a three level underground museum structure.
The excavated archaeological site at the edge of the park, is covered by a low height, planted, artificial hill. The necropolis location is marked by a overhanging glass dome glowing during the night. The element dome, apart its symbolic meaning, is composed by multiple layers, and constitutes a light and a passive energy filter.
